MLA+ is looking for an Administration Specialist 行政专员 for our growing Shenzhen office.

岗位要求
- 工商管理、行政管理等相关专业本科及以上,1年以上工作经验,外企工作经验者可适当放宽学历及工作经验年限要求;
- 细致的文件档案管理能力,适应多项目多任务工作模式;
- 良好的沟通协调及解决问题能力,有责任心、条理性强,执行力强;
- 熟练操作MS Office等办公软件,有Adobe Suite软件技能或摄影特长者优先考虑;
- 具备英语技能者优先考虑。
Qualification
- Major in business management, administrative management. 1 year or above working experience, give priority to the candidate worked in foreign company.
- Documents/files management ability, adapt to multitasking operating mode.
- Good communication and problem finding & solving, strong organization, strong execution ability.
- Excellent with MS Office and other Office software, Adobe Suite software skills or photography skills is preferred.
- Chinese/English bilingual proficiency in writing & speaking is preferred.
工作内容
- 负责公司运营行政事务,如开票、办公物资采买和固定资产维护等;
- 负责基础人事工作,如招聘、面试通知、新员工入职手续及培训等;
- 策划团建或旅游等公司集体活动,以及节假日礼品采买;
- 项目协同,如会议室预订,差旅酒店及机票预订;
- 服务器管理及维护。
Responsibility
- Take charge of company administrative affairs, such as billing, office supplies sourcing and maintenance of fixed assets etc.
- Assist base personnel work, such as recruitment, interview, with new employees familiar with workplace etc.
- Make plan and operate team building and holiday gifts buying.
- Project assist on meeting room booking and business trip arrangement.
- Shenzhen server maintenance.
