Honorable mention for the Herford Hammersmith Kaserne competition for MLA+

Good news from Germany! Things are picking up speed in our newly opened office in Berlin.

MLA+ received an honourable mention for the Herford Hammersmith Kaserne competition. The site is a former army-barracks site in Herford (Germany). The main task was to convert and redevelop the barracks to create around 700 new dwelling units.

The jury lauded the effort of MLA+ to preserve some of the original buildings and to create a largely car-free interior.
