MLA+ together with design unit ::, TS-Center and PROMKOD has been selected for the competition for the development of a new tourism cluster in Oymyakon – Yakutia, Russia

On June 24, a meeting of the jury of the Open All-Russian Competition with international participation to create the concept of a tourist cluster in the village of Oymyakon (Yakutia) was held. Local and federal experts who are the members of the jury chaired by Aysen Nikolaev, the head of the Republic of Sakha, chose three finalists uut of 48 candidacies to continue the contest.

MLA+ is one of the selected parties to compete in the development of a tourism cluster in Oymyakon, Yakutia. Consortium members: design unit: (Russia, St. Petersburg), TS-Center (Russia, Yakutsk), PROMKOD (Russia, Moscow) 

The other consortia will be lead by Asadov Architects and Baza14. These three teams will create their own concepts aimed at unlocking the tourism potential of the North Pole, and Oymyakon as the world-class center of extreme and ice tourism in particular. Results of the competition can be expected by the end of September 2019.
