Establishing a shop identity

ZUX Brand Shops

Location: Rio de  Janeiro, Brazil
Client: ZUX Shirtmakers, Rio de Janeiro

Program:
Concept for a chain of fashion shops, pilot project in Rio Centro

ZUX is an up and coming shirt maker in Brazil. After selling their products in other shops, the company has decided to offer a number of brand shops.

The commission MLA+ has is to develop a spatial identity that matches the brand identity of ZUX and the expectations of its customers. While being characteristic, the spatial identity should be flexible and adaptable to the commercial premises acquired. MLA+ proposed to focus the purpose made on a number of characteristic elements and display systems while also using vintage pieces as tables to give every shop a degree of uniqueness.

In the spring of 2015 the first pilot shop opened in the center of Rio de Janeiro with more shops to follow in the years to come.

Stages:
2014 Concept
2015 Opening Pilot Shop in Rio

Team:
