Urbanistically, the complex is connected via underground commercial zones, ground floor public space and an elevated pedestrian bridge system, together they establish a highly accessible site. Architecturally, the apartment complex is formed by three view-maximizing towers, connected by a commercial ring at their waist to provide phenomenal public space as well as a lush sky deck. The twin office towers on the other plot sit on a commercial plinth, linked by a sky lobby with open meeting space and splendid views across Shenzhen Bay. The façade design utilizes the shading devices as a practical and aesthetical manner to achieve a harmonious yet diverse look of the tower ensemble.
